We hope that you love the art that you order from us but if something isn't right, you have 14 days to request a return and 30 days to get this back to us from the date your order is delivered. After that, we will not be able to accept a return.

We ask that the art is in the same condition received and returned in the same packaging in order for us the approve the return. 

We do not accept exchanges, all ordered items will need to be returned and another order made for the art you wish to replace it with.

• To start your return please use our 'contact us' form on our page or email us at txtured.art@gmail.com with your order number and stating the reason for your return.
• A member of the team will be in touch with the collection/drop off details for your return. 
• You will be notified when the piece has returned with us and a refund will be processed. 

You will be charged a postage fee of £10.
